Order amendments or cancellations please contact our customer service team immediately on +44 (0) 1751 47 57 57 and one of our team will help you. If you amend or change your order, you may find there are changes to your delivery timescale.

Important- Returns must be authorised before despatch. Please obtain a returns reference from our customer services team before returning any goods.

To return an item, please wrap the package securely and send to the address below. In the case of a defective product, provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all accompanying parts and literature indicating whether you wish to have a credit or replacement. You may be liable for any shipping costs if the item is returned or exchanged due to reasons other than faults or damage. We cannot be liable for items sent unrecorded. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. We will credit your account on the price paid for the item within 30 days of cancellation.
